Join the San Diego Regional Climate Collaborative for our December Network Meeting–A Regional Climate Recap: Share and Celebrate–on December 14th from 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm as we come together to connect on innovative research, unlock new regional partnerships, and reflect on the new year ahead. All are welcome to join as we celebrate SDRCC and our member’s accomplishments in 2023!
SDRCC will be recapping its 2023 efforts and unveiling our upcoming programs–including launching our new membership benefits structure followed by a brief keynote presentation. We will round out this network meeting with a celebration reception and a networking poster session. Posters will showcase a variety of regional projects by SDRCC members, and attendees are encouraged to mingle, explore the museum, and enjoy refreshments! This meeting will be hosted in person at the Fleet Science Center, 1875 El Prado, San Diego, CA 92101. We look forward to celebrating our members’ accomplishments with you!
Our network meeting and poster session is open to the public for participation, however, poster submissions are reserved for SDRCC Members. If you’re unsure if your organization is a San Diego Regional Climate Collaborative member, please review the list below or visit our membership website.
Poster Session Submission:
SDRCC is excited to highlight all of the amazing climate efforts our members are leading across the region. In an effort to do so, we are creating space for YOU to submit and showcase your impactful regional projects during the poster session of this Network Meeting! We encourage our member partners to prepare and submit a 18″x24″ (width x height) poster that showcases a project, program or any climate related effort from 2023 that they want to share with the broader SDRCC network. We are looking for a variety of projects that relate to data-driven climate work, community engagement, infrastructure projects and more that support and advance our region’s goals to create a more resilient San Diego. Network attendees will have the chance to explore these posters during our networking poster session. Organizations may prepare more than one poster! Please indicate when purchasing tickets for this event if you plan to prepare a poster.
Poster Assistance:
While folks are invited to design and submit their own 18″x24″ posters, we recognize that not everyone has the capacity for this at this time and we want to provide support. SDRCC is offering assistance to members who want to submit a poster to the poster session, but don’t have the capacity to develop on their own. To receive support, please fill out this brief Google Form by December 1st with information about your project and we will assist in creating your poster.
