Producers Forum – Live Music for Young Audiences

This is a forum for those of us involved in making work for children, schools and families as audiences rather than as participants – we are aware that plenty of networks are already available for those working in participatory music making and don’t wish to duplicate.

We broadly define ‘young audiences’ as ‘those aged 0 – 18, consuming live music anywhere, and in any way’.

Our next meeting, online on the 30th April, will explore child and young-person centred evaluation with a focus on developing understanding of and approaches to authentic consultation. There will be opportunities for networking, a presentation by Rhona Matheson, Chief Executive of Starcatchers, and discussion groups.
