Learn to use the basic to advanced features of Microsoft Excel to improve productivity.

NR Computer Learning Center offers a Microsoft Excel Live Instructor-Led Online Course. The presentation will introduce students to the basic to advanced features of Excel.

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM PST Basic features of Excel :

Basic features of Excel include moving through the cells; entering data in a cell; setting text, cell, and page properties; inserting and deleting columns or rows; copying and pasting or moving data from one cell to another cell; automatically filling data in cells using AutoFill; changing page orientation, adding a customized header and footer and modifying page margins.

1:30 PM – 2:00 PM PST Intermediate features of Excel:

Intermediate features of Excel include working with Excel functions and formulas, using conditional formatting, sorting & filtering data, creating graphs, working with pictures and shapes, creating custom styles and formating data, validating data, and reordering and summarizing data.

2:00 – 2:30 PM PST Advanced Features of Excel:

Advanced features of Excel include using advanced formulas and functions, using tools for data analysis, working with PivotTable & Pivot Chart, creating Macros to automate repetitive tasks, collaborating with others, integrating with Office software, building a dashboard, and securing your data in a spreadsheet.

Presenter: Vazi Okhandiar

Vazi has over 20 years of experience in Project Management and IT Training experience. She is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute, Microsoft Project Certified by Microsoft, Project+ certified by CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+). She has an MBA from the University of California and a Master’s in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology. She has worked for General Motors, Toyota, EDS/HP, and Mitsubishi. Her expertise includes project management, architecture, design, and software development projects for various industries, including manufacturing, financial, healthcare, and automotive. Vazi has been awarded “Excellence in Development” for an Electronic Billing System by Mitsubishi’s telecommunication division and Product Data Management System at Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
