What are the best ‘life hacks’ for happiness?

We’d all love to find more practical ways to boost our happiness. But lots of us struggle with our mental wellbeing and the on-going taboos around talking about this.

At this special live event the wellbeing expert, broadcaster and author Dr Radha will share her top “life hacks” for staying mentally and emotionally well and improving our wellbeing.

Radha believes we each have the power to live a healthy and fulfilling life, provided we’re equipped with the right tools and advice. She’ll highlight our universal need for authentic wellbeing and explain how we have our own, often untapped, powerhouse of inner wisdom.

You’ll get to hear Radha’s latest insights, knowledge and advice – and you’ll learn small but powerful ways to bring about positive changes to improve your quality of life.

The event will take place on Zoom at 7pm London time .
