If you or someone you know suffers from a chronic disease such as Multiple Sclerosis or NMOSD, this event is for you.
The goal of these programs is to provide patients, their care partners, as well as health care providers with some practical tips and tools to improve the shared decision making process and to align goals to improve patient outcomes. The program will also address the importance of providing culturally competent care in treatment relationships to enhance health equity.
