The South Providence HEZ, West Elmwood/02907 HEZ, and Central Providence Opportunities HEZ invite you to join us and the City of Providence Planning team to discuss how the Comprehensive Plan can improve health equity in our communities. This Plan is only published once every ten years, and with a focus on transportation, zoning, housing, and the environment, it has huge potential for impact on the things we think about every day as HEZs and/or HEZ-affiliates: the social determinants of health. Join us to make sure your perspective is heard and reflected in this important document!
