After February’s successful conference on Sustainability, we will be holding a webinar on November 15th.

The webinar topic is the “Future Ready Workforce”, and will be focused on actions that organizations should take to empower and enable their people to be successful for every possible future and addressing the mindset, cultural, leadership and operating models that are holding people back.

Gord is a National Partner for Digital Transformation and Future Ready Workforce/Lifelong Learning. He has over 25 years experience at the intersection of business and IT. Several years ago he launched and led Digital nationally. Over the past few years he has come to realize that its not technology that its holding companies back from achieving their aspirations in the Digital Age.

What is holding people back is mindset, culture, leadership, ways of working, capabilities and op models. Many organizations are doing Digital but they are not BEING Digital. He has been helping clients with Business, IT and Digital strategies and transformations and now his focus is on helping organizations to empower and enable their people to be successful for every future.
